Cook mode keeps the screen from going to sleep while you’re cooking
first, dice your berries (1 cup) and allow them to macerate in the sugar (pinch) to draw out any excess water. set aside while you mix the dough.
after letting the berries sit 20-30 minutes, gently fold them into the dough, being careful not to overwork the gluten. form into a circle and cut into even sized triangles, with a knife or pizza slicer.
bake at 350°F for 18-20 mins. in the meantime, prepare your glaze.
once finished baking, allow them to cool to room temperature so the glaze doesn’t immediately melt off. brush on your glaze, and once it sets, optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt. enjoy with your favorite cup of tea.
